A simple structure for recording final drive, tyre pressure and nitrous settings per car and per race distance.
Why keep a log
CSR2 stores a single tune per car. Switching between quarter-mile and half-mile setups from memory is how good tunes get lost.
Fields to record
- Car name and current PP
- Race distance
- Final drive value
- Tyre pressure value
- Nitrous duration and power
- Best elapsed time achieved
- Notes on shift feel
Suggested format
Keep one row per car per distance in a notes app or spreadsheet. Update the best time only when you also record the tune that produced it.
