Crew content is where a well-prepared mid-tier garage regularly beats a richer but disorganised one. The difference is almost always planning.
Know which cars are your answers
Before the event starts, decide which of your cars covers which race profile: one for short races, one for longer ones, and ideally one that fits common restrictions. Deciding this under time pressure produces bad entries.
Tune before the event, not during
Every car you plan to use should already be tuned and logged for the relevant distance. Tuning inside a timed event costs you attempts and produces rushed settings.
Spend attempts where they matter
Early entries are worth using to learn the opposition; later ones should be reserved for the matchups you know you can convert. Burning your best car on an unwinnable pairing early is the classic mistake.
Coordinate if you can
Where crew members can see what is left to contest, dividing the field prevents three people from taking the same easy race and nobody taking the hard one.
Review afterwards
Note which races you lost and why. Most crews lose the same category of race repeatedly, and it is usually fixable with one dedicated build rather than a general upgrade spree.
